Monthly collection

On the 26th August 2008 (Saturday), I've been appointed by committee members as a 'Ketua Lorong/Blok' for Jalan Idaman 3/1. The first task given is to collect monthly payment to maintain our security guard at the post (one during the day and another one the night). This has been discussed during the meeting.

You can refer the minute from me or anyone who has the softcopy of the minute by now? Basically, we have to pay a month deposit as well as payment for three consecutive months (September, October and November) before we decide to continue or not with the present security. So, a total of RM200.00 must be paid before 5th September 2008.

At the moment, only three (including me la) paid. The other will pay, I guest, soonest possible.

Once paid, please SMS to 0197475788 or email your transaction detail, i.e:
1. Your name
2. Your house number
3. Date of payment
4. Time and amount of transaction.

Uh-oh! By the way those who paid will receive your receipt soon. I just got an email from our Chairman Mr. Suffian, that Mr Muzaffar will give all the 'Road Chief' their allocated receipts respectively.
