Nusa Idaman 3 Annual General Meeting

Salam and greetings everyone,

This post is regarding our Annual General Meeting for Nusa Idaman Phase 3 residents. These are the details:

Date : 24 January 2010 (Sunday)
Time : 9.00 am
Venue : Playground Nusa Idaman Phase 3
Agenda :
a. Pembentangan Penyata Kewangan Persatuan
b. Pembubaran dan pemilihan Jawatankuasa
c. Pembentangan Usul/Cadangan
d. Ucapan VIP ( Tuan Aziz, OCPD & Pandak B Ahmad, Ahli MJBT)
f. Makan & Bersurai

All residents are invited to attend this first AGM and please make some donation for refreshment.

Invitation letter will be distributed soon and you are encouraged to give any suggestion using the provided form in the letter.

Those of you who want to promote your business are invited to take your chance during the AGM of Nusa Idaman Phase 3 on the 24th January 2010. You will be provided with a table, few chairs and a fan. You can start your business from 9am till 5pm. One table rent is RM80.00. Pls contact Mr Nizam or Reeboot for further details.
