This is to announce that for those of you who paid in full for the access card (RM100) and the security service until end of Dec 2009 will be eligible to have their access cards. Please collect from your block leader.

For those of you who still don't update their monthly collection / payment will need to leave your license at the post guard to register and get the visitor's pass every time you enter Nusa Idaman 3.

Monthly collection has gone up!
Salam and greetings,
Starting December 2009, the monthly collection for Nusa Idaman Phase 3 has gone up from RM50/month to RM70/month. So, those of you who hasn't updated his/her payment, pls update as soon as possible before 15th January 2010 since I will sent your payment statement after 15th January. Payment made after that will not be shown on the statement. Pls bear in mind that once the access card has been implemented, residents who didn't update their payment cannot use their access card and will have to use visitor pass to enter.

Two Lane Entrance to Nusa Idaman 3

On Wednesday night, there was a meeting at Nusajaya Mamak restaurant. One big decision was made based on the majority of residents prefer to have two lanes entrance to Nusa Idaman 3: One lane is for general entrance (without access card) and the other one is for the residents. The first in Nusajaya area. Any comments?
