Here, I would like to remind to those of you who has not pay the monthly payment to do so as soon as possible. You may also update your vehicles registration number to be eligible to receive 2 stickers for cars and 1 sticker for motorcycle by this Saturday 7th March 2009. After that any vehicle without a sticker will need to fill entry form at the post guard every time you want to enter. Cheers.

Final day...
Assalamualaikum and Greetings,
We are approaching the last day of payment collection for residents in Nusa Idaman Phase 3. The first and foremost thing is to pay the deposit by this weekend to the Selat Tebrau Security.
So, we need at least RM50.00 from you by today. The other RM150.00 can be paid by end of September 2008.
The second thing is regarding stickers for motorists. We will have a new sticker by end of September 2008. For those of you who pay will receive stickers for their vehicles while those of you who didn't pay will need to register every time you enter Nusa Idaman Phase 3 area.
