Your Security Service Poll is closed, let's see...

Greetings,

For your info, there was a poll to vote on how you rate our current security service for about 2 months. There were 8 votes and neither one voted 'Totally OK' nor 'OK' nor 'Sometimes OK'. Yet one voted for 'Sometime KO', 2 voted for 'KO' and 5 voted for 'Totally KO'.

We've recently had several meetings with the selat tebrau manager and guards to improve and some might say this poll may be conducted again until March 2009?

Shall we continue to open the poll again? Or anyone has any new idea on how shall we conduct the poll?

Meeting with our security service

To date, Mr Suffian (our Chairman) has decided to have a meeting with Selat Tebrau security with this detail:

Date: 23rd November 2008.
Venue: Mr Muzaffarr's house (our Bendahari).
Time: 8.30pm (after Isyak)

What do think about our current security guards performance?

Assalamualaikum dan greetings to all Nusa Idaman, Nusajaya residents. Today, at around 6.30 am many of us might noticed that there were no guards available at the post. Both the bars were in upward position.

I think we've paid the deposit to the Selat tebrau security company and I think we are paying for nothing. Better to put on the switch outside the post (like entering Giant hypermarket) and we just simply push the button to enter or exit Nusa Idaman area.

However i would like to let this post for you to comment, share your ideas so how to improve our security. Thank you.

Final day...

Assalamualaikum and Greetings,

We are approaching the last day of payment collection for residents in Nusa Idaman Phase 3. The first and foremost thing is to pay the deposit by this weekend to the Selat Tebrau Security.

So, we need at least RM50.00 from you by today. The other RM150.00 can be paid by end of September 2008.

The second thing is regarding stickers for motorists. We will have a new sticker by end of September 2008. For those of you who pay will receive stickers for their vehicles while those of you who didn't pay will need to register every time you enter Nusa Idaman Phase 3 area.
