All residents are invited to attend this first AGM and please make some donation for refreshment.

Two Lane Entrance to Nusa Idaman 3

On Wednesday night, there was a meeting at Nusajaya Mamak restaurant. One big decision was made based on the majority of residents prefer to have two lanes entrance to Nusa Idaman 3: One lane is for general entrance (without access card) and the other one is for the residents. The first in Nusajaya area. Any comments?

Access card installation

Salam and Greetings,

Just yesterday evening, i got a chance to go in Bougainvillea Precinct, Nusa Idaman Phase 2 area while they have already installed access card unit.

Phew, it's seems nice, yet I wonder how easy residents to touch the unit during rain, or any non-professional motorist who can't reach the unit when he/she parks outside their range (too far away from the unit).

Monthly collection for security service

2 days ago, I've sent to all residents in Jalan Idaman 3/1 a memo in their letter box. This memo is to remind Nusa Idaman phase 3 residents regarding once-in-a-3-months collection for payment to our security service. At the moment, all residents whether they've moved in or not (all owner) are required to pay RM50/month. So all in all a sum of RM150.00 from Dec 2008 till Feb 2009.

Meeting with our security service

Venue: Mr Muzaffarr's house (our Bendahari).
Time: 8.30pm (after Isyak)
