Assalamualaikum and greetings everyone,
Yesterday, I was given 50 coupons for Muslim residents in Nusa Idaman area to get their portion of qurban meat on the second day of Aidiladha at Masjid Taman Bukit Indah. Those of you who are interested to get the qurban meat can reply this blog by sending me email or post me your name, house number and road number so that I can distribute the coupons to your houses by 23rd November 2009. Use the coupon to collect your portion on 28th November 2009 (Saturday) from 11 am till 5 pm.

Zakat Fitrah 1430H/2009
Assalamualaikum and Greetings,
Here I would like to share with you the rate for zakat fitrah that Muslims in Johor have to give.For those of you who ONLY eat 'beras nasional' (RM18.00/kg), the rate is RM5.00 per head and the rest, the rate is RM7.50 per head. If you are living in Nusa Idaman, Nusa Indah, Kiara Hill and Horizon Hills areas, you can pay your zakat fitrah to amil zakat, Ustaz Abd Malik at Masjid Bukit Indah. The zakat counter opens usually after tarawih prayer daily. Hope we can make it as early as possible and that is the better way to do the zakat fitrah.

Aqiqah Program
Salam and Greetings.
Thank you for local residents support before, during and after the aqiqah program. This message is especially for our Masjid Bukit Indah 1 Vice Chairman, Cikgu Nasir and our chef Abang Yusof as well as Hj Faruk, Pak Abu, Hj Omar, En Hussin, En Nizam and to all people who directly or indirectly involved in the program. Thank you to En Hassan who gave the opportunity to lend his cooking tools. I'm truly blessed by your kind help in preparing the food to be served after the Friday congregational prayer on the 30th January 2009.

Happy New Year 2009
Salam and Greetings,
I'm too busy lately and didn't have time to post any topics. I'm sorry. Here I would like to wish you Happy New Year 2009 and to all Muslims today is 9 Muharram 1430H where it is better for us to observe optional fasting (Saum / puasa) together with tomorrow (10 Muharram 1430H) which is called Asyura. Today there will be a program at Masjid Bukit Indah 1 after Maghrib with Yaasin recitation and doa. I'm not available tonight as I'm having a meeting at Taman Sinaran Baru. Thanks.

Hari Raya Aidiladha
Salam and Greetings to all Nusa Idaman phase 3 residents
Sorry for not updating this blog for quite a long time since i'm busy with my job attending meetings in Batu Maung, Penang and Putrajaya, as well as balik kampung at Kg Pulau Sayak, Kota Kuala Muda, Sungai Petani, Kedah for Hari Raya Aidiladha.
However, i'm pleased to share with you some information on qurban activities during Aidiladha recently. There were 4 cows and 1 goat for qurban at Masjid Bukit Indah and you can have a look at this link
